Host
Taylor hosts Frequency Friday and is the founder and CEO of Light Lab, a frequency technology company behind a patent-pending light-frequency infusion process. She's also part of Nature's Fuel and runs Comedy Social. On Fridays she brings creators, chefs, makers and big ideas to one table, and keeps the conversation curious.

Jaz is our hospitality coordinator, the reason guests feel at home the moment they walk in. She owns Flora Jaz and runs the flower segment, styling fresh arrangements live on set. She's also part of Comedy Social.
On the decks
Known around the studio as "Price is Right," DJ Price is our resident DJ and a Friday staple. His sets are the soundtrack to the whole morning, from the first sip of Morning Fuel to the last word in the Living Room.

Sean brought BOLD Bar to the show. He hasn't been in the guest chair for a while, but his bars never left.
The team still has one every morning. We shout it out on social, it comes up naturally on air, and we tell new guests about it. It lives in the studio, so whoever sits at our table sees it, tries it and asks about it.
Partner flyers live on the kitchen fridge, in the shot all show.
Every partner gets at least five clips. Morning segments are short, conversations run longer, and the chef segment is its own format.
